Point is, delete that folder, clear the EA App's cache, and hopefully it'll let you redownload the pack again. Or just restart your computer that should work too as long as the EA App isn't set to open with Windows. If you get an error when trying to launch Origin, open the Task Manager and look for a process called EABackgroundService or similar, then kill it. The folder for Cats & Dogs is labeled EP04, C&D being the fourth expansion released. I'm actually not sure of the exact path because I still use Origin, but in any case, there will be a "The Sims 4" folder inside with a folder for each pack inside that. ![]() The folder will be in the game's program files, likely installed into a folder called EA games, Electronic Arts, or Origin Games, within Program Files or Program Files (x86). ![]() If you can't get Origin to work, you can try clearing the EA App's cache (instructions are on the same page) and deleting the folder for Cats & Dogs.
